How to get there

1. Take the A13 at the Porte d’Auteuil (Direction Rouen)
2. When you reach Versailles (‘Triangle de Rocquencourt’), take the A12 in the direction of Dreux.
3. Turn onto the N12 and follow it to the exit for ‘Jouars-Pontchartrain / Neauphle-le-Château / Sainte Apolline (refuge S.P.A.)’.
4. Then follow the direction Jouars-Pontchartrain’ (D912).
5. At the entrance to the town, take the D25 marked ‘Bazoches-sur-Guyonne’, ‘Montfort l’Amaury’ and ‘Le Tremblay sur Mauldre’.
6. Then follow the signs for ‘Maison Jean Monnet’.
7. After the roundabout in front of the château de Jouars-Pontchartrain, turn right towards ‘Maison de Jean Monnet’ (D15).
8. Continue on the D23 for 4 km until you reach Bazoches-sur-Guyonne. Drive through the village. As you leave the village turn left onto the ‘Chemin du Rocher Marquant’ (follow the sign for Maison de Jean Monnet) and you will arrive in ‘Houjarray’. Then follow the signs to the Maison de Jean Monnet (approximately 1.5 km).

(via Versailles-Chantiers) Train line N in the direction of Dreux. Get off at Villiers - Neauphle - Pontchartrain or Montfort l’Amaury - Méré.

Please note: there is no public transport between these two stations and the Jean Monnet House, which is approximately 6 km away.

To get to the station at Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines:

• (from Paris Saint-Lazare) Train line L as far as La Défense, then line U
• (from La Défense) Train line U
• (from Paris-Montparnasse) Train line N
• From central Paris (Invalides, Champ de Mars or Saint Michel) RER C in the direction of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines
• From the Paul Delouvrier bus station (Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines – Montigny-le-Bretonneux)
  – From stand S, take bus No 5 towards Les Messieurs (Château) and get off at the ‘Bois de Mareil’ or ‘Bazoches Eglise’ bus stop.
  – From there you will have about 1.5 km to walk to the Jean Monnet House.
